Consultations are booked under the service terms supplied at the time of booking. Shop orders, when the AnyPond Shop is live, will be governed by the Shop terms shown at checkout.

All site content is owned by or licensed to AnyPond. You may share links and short quotations with attribution.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for use of the site is limited to direct losses reasonably foreseeable at the time you used the site.
