Usually no. Wildlife ponds are designed to balance themselves through planting and depth. Filters belong on stocked or formal ponds where the biological load is higher.

Do you visit my site in person?

Yes, where the job warrants it. Most first consultations are remote, then a site visit follows if the work calls for it. We cover the UK; travel outside our regular area is quoted case by case.

We hand-match you with a vetted partner from our network where one fits your project and postcode. The introduction is part of the consultation. There is no public directory yet.

How do I apply for trade pricing?

Use the form at /trade/apply. Applications are reviewed by hand, usually within five working days. Approval depends on trading history and fit, not just turnover.

Is there training included?

Yes. Preferred and Flagship partners get seats on the annual training day at HQ, plus access to online modules. Registered partners can buy in to training day by day.

On open days, yes. The site has water, so children need to be supervised. For consultation days, we&rsquo;d ask you to come without small children where possible.
