- Contact details you give us via the contact, consultation and trade application forms.
- Email addresses you submit to our newsletters, tagged by pathway (DIY, Hire, Trade, Events, College).
- Photos you upload when asking for advice about a pond.
- Standard server logs and aggregated analytics.
3. How we use it
To reply to your enquiries, deliver content you’ve asked for, run our consultations and operate the website. We do not sell your data.
4. Legal basis
Consent for marketing emails. Legitimate interest for replying to direct enquiries. Contract for delivering services you’ve booked.
5. Sharing
We use trusted third-party processors for email delivery, hosting and analytics. We only share the minimum needed, under written data-processing terms. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
6. Retention
We hold enquiry data for as long as needed to support the enquiry, plus a reasonable archive period. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
